Our Story

EquuSearch Midwest is a search & recovery team that searches for missing persons across the midwestern United States. We are a branch of Texas EquuSearch. Since our founding in 2012, we have been determined to make an impact on the world through our volunteer based non profit organization. The core of our efforts is to bring our team’s dedication and passion to help find missing loved ones. We have several years of experience, and have worked on many cases with a great track record. We collaborate closely with law enforcement and families of the missing. We have many connections and resources available to conduct large scale organized searches. All of our services are free of charge and include search & recovery missions, evidence recovery and mapping. We search for missing persons of all categories, including silver alerts, high risk & endangered. We utilize searchers on foot, ATV, sonar, drone and any other suitable technologies and methodologies needed. We also partner with other teams including K-9 units and equestrian teams to help further our purpose. Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs, and bring closure to as many families as possible. "Lost is Not Alone"
